S. 471.991-471.999 and the Minnesota Rules, Chapter 3920. As the regulations for said <br /> r^ reporting require the follow report data is to be reviewed by City Council and approved by <br /> 5 signature of the Mayor. <br /> 6 <br /> 7 In order to meet the statutory delivery requirement, this report must be signed and electronically <br /> 8 delivered to the Minnesota Department of Management and Budget no later than 1/31/12. Non <br /> 9 compliance is subject to penalties. <br /> '10 <br /> 1,1 As is shown on the compliance report (attachment B) it indicates that the City's compensation <br /> 1 d? system approved by the Council is in compliance at a range rate of 98.29%. A minimum of 80% <br /> '1 3 is required to be compliant. Of course only the state can judge our compliance for sure. <br /> '1 4 POLICY OBJECTIVE <br /> '1 5 To maintain compliance with the Local Government Pay Equity Act. <br /> '1 6 BUDGET IMPLICATIONS <br /> 17 There are no budget implications unless the City is found to be out of compliance which does not <br /> '1 8 appear to be the case.
