Ill. <br />Hearings dminis trat ion <br />I TTE M N Gm ITEM DESCRIPTION' Union Carbide 'request for special use permit <br />at 2455 North Cleveland Avenue <br />MEETING <br />9 <br />DATE: 2--81 <br />mpmm� <br />EPT.-KAD APPROVAL., <br />The Planning Commission at its February 4, meeting on a vote of 5 ayes and 0 <br />nays, recommended approVal of the Union Carbide Tequest for special use permit <br />at 2455 North Cleveland Avenue, This special use permit includes the approval <br />of a planned unit development for two buildings on one site. The Planning <br />Commission recommended that the following conditions be attached to the approval. <br />1, That, per the City Code, the gases that will be processed at <br />that site be only those that are 'indicated on a list of such <br />gases provided by Union Carbide Corporation and dated 1-23-81. <br />.1 0 <br />2. That the planning and engineering staff approve the final plan <br />for plantings at the site and <br />3. That the engineering staff approve the drainage and grading plans <br />in their final form. <br />Attached is the Planner"s. report, regarding request 0 <br />S <br />Council Action Requested-. Motion (approving) (denying) the Union <br />Carbide request for special use permit <br />at 2455 North Cleveland Avenue. (The <br />Council may wish to include the conditions <br />as recommended by the Planning Commission), <br />
