MEETING <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE'. M B-11-80 <br />The Planning Commission at its August 6. meeting unanimously recommended approval of <br />James Suchy's* request for division of lot at 1000 Burke Avenue with the condition that <br />30 feet of additional right-ofv.way be dedicated for Burke, if it has not been previously <br />dedicated. <br />The property owner indicated at the Planning Commission meeting that she thought the <br />right-of-way had previously been dedicated,, but that if it had not been she would be <br />willing to do so. The Public Works Department indicates that the right-of-way has not <br />been dedicated,, <br />Attached i's the Planner's report. <br />Council Action Requested: Motion (approving) (denying) James Suchy's request <br />for division of lot at 1000 Burke Avenue. <br />
