Maxwell; <br />(d) For Regan to attempt to commence use of <br />Lots 3 and 4 for school bus packing on <br />September 10 is not possible, since the <br />City will not issue a building permit for <br />paving, curbing r . etc . , and otherwise to do <br />so miI ght be 'considered in violation of <br />the Zoning Ordinance, which Regan does not <br />intend to do,* <br />(e) It seems that the City of Roseville should <br />be willing to allow somewhere in the City the <br />parking and maintenance of school buses IF <br />which primarily serve the Fro sev.i lle School <br />District and its residents, Assuming the <br />City Council will eventually permit Regan' s <br />use of the property on Partridge Road, this <br />may not be determined for several months <br />and once winter conditions have set in it <br />J 11 not be feasible to make the necessary <br />improvements to the property until. Spring <br />or Summer of 1981, Thus it is essential <br />that the Council once again extend for one year <br />the special use permit for the property on <br />Long Lake Road,* <br />f } <br />Mr. wicklund has reasonably complied with all <br />ether conditions of the existing special <br />use permit* <br />In summary, Messrs, began and wicklund in good faith <br />have taken reasonable and substantial steps to accommodate the <br />recommendations of the City, and they respectfully request that <br />the City Council recognize this by granting this extension.
