Practice of Massage Only__�3y__��Zegistered <br />(a) No business shall employ or use any person <br />as a masseur or masseuse, as defined hereby, unless <br />such person is registered with the City of Rosevillz <br />as provided herein. <br />(b) No person shall engage in the business of <br />the practi-ce of massage as a. masseur or masseuse with- <br />out being registered as proVided herein,. <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended <br />by the addition of Section 129,055 to read as follows: <br />129,055, Registration • Masseurs and Masseuses. <br />I I I <br />Place of employment. <br />(2) Whether the person has been convicted <br />of or entered a plea of guilty to any <br />crime or ordinance Brio lat ion ,.anal if <br />so, information as to the time f lace <br />and nature of such crime or offense., <br />'3) Evidence of the applicant's educational <br />or practical qualcations to practicR, <br />massage, <br />(b) Fee, The annual registration fee is $ 500.00 <br />
