(1) The application contains false, fraudulent or deceptive statements. () The applicant has been convicted of or entered a plea of guilty within the previous three () years to a violation of this chapter, or of any other law regulating the practice of massage, or of any law prohibiting criminal sexual conduct, prostitution, pandering, indecent conduct or keeping of a disorderly house. (3) The applicant has not complied with any provisions of this chapter. The applicant is less than eighteen years of age. Section 129.060 is amended to read as follows 129.060. Revocation or Suspension of Registration registration may he revoked or suspended for any of the following reasons (a) Fraud, deception or misrepresentation in connection with the registration application. (h) A violation of any provision of this chapter, (e) Conviction of criminal sexual conduct, pro- stitution, pandering, indecent conduct or keeping a disorderly house. (d) Conviction, of any crime or ordinance violation arising out of the practice of massage.
