Bids will be awarded at 7:30 P.M., August 13, at <br />the City Hall. <br />The proposed offering would be for a permanent 20 years bond issue. The City <br />has not sold local improvement bonds since 1977, and the proceeds from this <br />issue would be used to finance various water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and <br />street proj ects . <br />A presentation of data will be made to the New York bond rat ing agencies -"Ln an <br />attempt to improve our current Aa Moodyts and,A+ Standard and Poor's bond ratings. <br />Action Requested: Motio ' n adopting a resolution providing foil <br />public sale of General Improvement Bonds, <br />Series- 10, in the amount pf $2,415,000, <br />A <br />
