NO& <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND-PROVIDING <br />FOR-PUBLIC SALE OF �214151000 <br />IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 10 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />0 <br />Minnesota, as follows'. <br />1 0 <br />1. It is hereby found, determined and declared that it is <br />necessary and expedient that this City- issue its negotiable coupon <br />general obligation bonds in the amount of $2,41.5,000 to provide <br />funds to defray the costs of various improvements -in the City. <br />2. This Council-shall meet at the time and place specified <br />in the form of notice hereinafter contained for the purpose of <br />opening and considering sealed bids for and awarding the sale of <br />$2,415,000 improvement Bonds, Series 1-0, of said City. <br />3 . The City Manager is hereby authorized and. directed to <br />cause notice of the time, place and purpose of said meeting to b4; <br />published in the official newspaper of the City and in Commercial <br />West, as provided by law, which notice shall be in substantially <br />the following form: <br />
