HEAD APPROVA <br />C, v 61 1 <br />l I <br />The City has received a petition from nine of the thirteen property owners, or approximately <br />69%, requesting the city to upgrade the facilities in the alley to make the alley better, <br />but not necessarily up to normal city standards. You may recall that the Council reviewed- <br />this type of problem approximately one month ago and favored an approach where the city <br />would aid the alley owners by doing it through an assessment process, but would not maintain <br />the substandard facility. <br />Recommended Council Action: Adoption of a resolution declaring the adequacy <br />of a petition for the upgrading of the alley off <br />Woodruff between South McCarrons and Glenwood, <br />identified as Project M-80-15; and ordering the <br />Engineering staff to prepare a feasibility report <br />for this project. <br />
