My understanding is that this <br />easement is no longer necessary because the construction <br />of permanent storm sewer facilities elsewhere. Please send <br />whatever forms are necessary so that we may formally petition <br />for the abandonment of this easement � <br />In an effort to move as expeditiously as possible <br />to he able to transfer his operation from the Long Lake <br />property to the Partridge Road property, Mr. Regan also <br />wishes to apply for a grading permit to level the property <br />an Partridge Road.
