HEAD APPRCYVAL, <br />13� <br />The Planning Commission at its June 2nd meqting unahimously re'commended approval of <br />David Ficek's request for special use permi t and preliminary plat at 2430 County <br />Road D, with the following conditions: <br />Q That 101 of additional right-of-way be dedicated on County Road D, <br />2) That the final drainage plan be approved by the City Public Works Director. <br />3) That the required sidewalk on County Road D be constructed if Iit -is determinei <br />that Ramsey County will not construct a path in that location by September 1, <br />19848 <br />4) That the development be constructed in accordance with plans dated June 2. 1982, <br />The Council approved the preliminary plat with the same conditions, <br />Motion approving/denying David Ficek's request for special use permit at <br />2430 County Road D (with condition's 2. 3, and 4 above; if Council desires). <br />Condition No. 1 has already-been fulfilled as part of the plat, <br />Motion adopting Resolution approving/denying David Ficek's request for final <br />Rlat at 24:30 County Road D with condition-that applicant provide verification <br />of private cross easements. <br />
