CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. <br />All ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE BY PROVIDING THAT GAME ROOMS MAY REMAIN OPEN UNTIf <br />12:00 P.M. MIDNIGHTS <br />The City - Council of the City of Roseville does <br />hereby ordain: <br />"F <br />Section 117.020 of the City Code of the City of <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as followsv. <br />117,020, OPERATION OF AMUSEMENT DEVICES. <br />Maintaining and operating an amusement device in <br />a I <br />La.-usiness establishment is proted, except.- I <br />(1) Up to f our (4) licensed amusement <br />devices may be maintained and operated in any <br />4;usiness establishment in the City, <br />(2) Game rooms may maintain and operate in <br />excess of four (4) amusement devices between the <br />hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. midnight. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and afters its passage and publication., <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />this day of 1982. <br />Manager Mayor <br />
