D and Old
Presently, the only one having security is the Circus, but all three
nostly rely on their store employees.
We have contacted Ramsey County and Maplewood and found that they do
have problems at their game room establishments:
Imo. ockafella's r _. i :r, east of Snelling)
1. Kids congregating in the parking lots drinking beer.
2. Businessmen upset with beer cans and loiter in parking lot,
3. No Complaints,
Council recently granted Maplewood Mall Circus permission
to stay open till midnight. This establishment is employing
security personnel during the night hours - similar to
our recommendation.
Finally, I might suggest the Council consider allowing these establishments
to stay open until midnight only on Friday and Saturday nights. Theory
being, their won't be any interference with school.
