' ::'~ 11): 5 7 <br /> <br />nl). 1 '5 <br /> <br />"F'.:tI:iE <br /> <br />5680 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: October 23, 1999 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at City Hall in said City <br />on the 23rd day of October, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose <br />of approving modifications to the Tax Increment Financing <br />Plans for Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1-10 within <br />Development District No.1. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rag, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cushman introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8506 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MODIFIED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM <br />RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO.1, <br />~~D APPROVING MODIFICATIONS TO THE TAX INCREMENT <br />FINANCING PLANS FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING <br />DISTRICTS NOS. 1-10 WITHIN <br />DEVELOPMENT OISTRICT NO. 1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council 0') of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City") as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recitals <br /> <br />1.01. It has been proposed that the City adopt a <br />modified Development Program with respect to Development <br />District No.1, and modify the Tax Increment Financing plans <br />for Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1-10, all pursuant <br />
