The Council has investigated the facts and has <br />caused to be prepared a modified Development program for <br />Development District No.1, and has caused to be prepared <br />modifications to the Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax <br />Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1-10, defining more <br />precisely the increased project costs to be included in <br />Development District No. 1 and describing the action to be <br />undertaken by the City to aid the development of Development <br />District No. 1. <br /> <br />1.03. The City has performed all actions required by law <br />to be performed prior to the adoption of the modified <br />Development Program relating to Development District No.1, <br />and the modification of the Tax Increment Financing plans for <br />Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1-10, including, but <br />not limited to, notification of Ramsey County and Independent <br />School District Nos. 621, 623 and Special Intermediate School <br />District No. 916 and the holding of a public hearing upon <br />published and mailed notice as required by law. <br /> <br />Section 2. Modification of Development proqram for <br />Development District No. 1 and the Modification of Tax <br />Increment Financinq Plans tor Tax Increment Financing <br />Districts Nos. 1-10. <br /> <br />2.01. The Council hereby adopts the modified Development <br />Program for Development District No. 1 and the modified Tax <br />Increment Financing plans for Tax Increment Financing <br />Districts Nos. 1-10. The City is not modifying the boundaries <br />of Development District No. 1 nor the boundaries of Tax <br />Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1-10. <br /> <br />Section 3. Reaffirmation of Findings for the Adoption of <br />the Tax Increment Financinq Plans for Tax Increment Financing <br />Districts Nos. 1-10. <br /> <br />3.01. The City Council hereby reaffirms the findings <br />previously made in conformance with the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.175 with respect to the <br />establishment of Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1-10. <br /> <br />2 <br />
