Attached to this report is a copy of a letter from the applicant outlining <br />his proposal, Included in this letter are the calculations relevant to <br />density and parking requirements. <br />4. You will note that the apartment building as constructed conforms to the <br />density requirements inasmuch as the land area required is exactly that <br />which exists (48,600 square feet) . The applicant is therefore requesting <br />a variance to density requirements equivalent to 2,000 square feet for <br />each of the proposed efficiency units (assuming the same land area <br />requirement as is required for a one bedroom unit) . <br />
