Little Canada City Hall. In addition, no <br />drainage problems were identified 'in the Plan. <br />With respect to the City of Roseville, the proposed Land Use Plan represents <br />a continuation of the commercial area along Rice Street and recognition of <br />the existing mobile home parks.
