That 17 feet of additional right --of- --gray be dedicated <br />on Pace Street from County Road B-2 to Ticansit Avenue; <br />That a drainage ease rent be provided on t_ c Pond to elevation 95 <br />feet. <br />3. Uhat the sign of the restaurant sign be reviewed and approved <br />by the City Planner. - 4, That the roof of both restawant structures be of porpatible <br />earth tone color. <br />5. That the lighting for the restaurants be designed so that the <br />source of light is not visible 1eycnd the propel boundaries.. <br />6.
