<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 04/25/05 <br />Minutes - Page 13 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, adoption of <br />Resolution No. 10295 entitled, ""A Resolution Approving <br />a 25 Foot Lot Width Variance and a 1,820 Square Foot <br />Lot Size Variance to Section 1 004.0 16 (Residential <br />Dimensional Requirements) of the Roseville City Code for <br />New Parcel "A" Property located at 1758 Alta Vista Drive <br />(PF 3626)." <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, approved a minor <br />subdivision (Three Parcel Minor Subdivision) to allow the <br />creation of two substandard residential parcels ("A" and <br />"B") for property located at 1758 Alta Vista Drive, based <br />on the findings in Section 5 and subject to the conditions <br />of Section 6 of the project report dated April 25, 2005. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />4. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> <br />Items Removed <br />from Consent <br /> <br />4.a Approve Check Register (former Consent Item 3.a) Check Register <br />Councilmember Kough questioned the status of purchasing <br />card use and detailed review, as previously requested by <br />the City Council; advising he would be voting against <br />approval of the Check Register until he was satisfied with <br />staff explanations. <br /> <br />Finance Director Chris Miller advised, at the previous <br />request and directive of City Council that purchasing card <br />transactions had been incorporated and detailed in the <br />Check Register, as indicated "ACH," indicating the <br />transactions paid electronically. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough expressed continued concern in <br />identifying who had made the purchase and the nature of <br />the purchase. <br />
