REVIEWED/ RECOMmENDS', <br />On Ap-ri 1 41 19783, the counci I received a petiti.on from the owners of the <br />Stemper Hei-ghts Addition, located at Sandhurst Circle and Western Avenue. <br />The feasibility study-for this project was ordered at that time and said <br />study has now been completed. It is found that the project i's feasible <br />and the public hearing on the project will be the next step. <br />ACTION,: Adoption of a resolution rece*lvin-g the feasibility- <br />report for the improvement of the Stemper Hei-ghts <br />Additiona area identified as Project SS-W-P-78-7 <br />and establishing June 12, 1978 for-a public hearint <br />on this project.. <br />
