<br />City of <br /> <br />~\~ <br /> <br />City Council Study Session <br />Minutes <br />Roseville City Hall Council Chambers <br />Monday, April 18, 2005 <br /> <br />5:00 p.m. - Executive Session <br />Councilmembers Ihlan, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and Mayor <br />Klausing met in Closed Executive Session on Monday, April 18, <br />2005 from 5:00 p.m. until approximately 6:10 p.m. in the Aspen <br />Conference Room at Roseville City Hall. <br /> <br />Fairview H. Associates, LLC Arbitration Case #65 115 Y <br />00371 04 <br />The purpose of the meeting was to consider possible settlement <br />terms in the lawsuit concerning Tax Increment (TIF) District <br />#15. Attorney Rod Krass, who represented the City in the <br />arbitration hearing, reviewed the developer's proposed <br />settlement with Councilmembers and appropriate staff. <br /> <br />Labor Union Negotiations <br />The remaining portion of the Closed Executive Session was to <br />receive an update from Human Resources Manager Dona Bacon <br />and appropriate staff related to collective bargaining agreement <br />arbitrations and possible settlement with the City's labor unions, <br />who are contesting a two percent Cost of Living Adjustment <br />(COLA). <br /> <br />Call Roll and Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing called the Study Session of the Roseville City <br />Council to order at 6: 12 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers <br />on the above date and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />Roll Call (Voting Order) <br />Councilmembers Ihlan, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and Mayor <br />Klausing.
