Mr. Schwartz reviewed various <br />components and goals of the project: <br /> <br />Project Delivery <br />· Construction management versus hard bid awarded to one <br />general contractor; <br />· Minimize number of poorly performing subcontractors <br />versus change of getting poorly performing general <br />contractor; <br />· Ability to choose construction manager based on <br />qualifications. <br /> <br />Mr. Schwartz concluded that, overall, subcontractors performed <br />adequately and that for the most part, the construction <br />management method worked out well. <br /> <br />Recap <br />Public Works <br />City Hall <br />Building Project <br />
