Another point I have about a fishing pier at this location is that in the summertime this
pond, especially at the location of this pier, is completely covered over by Lili pads.
This would leave a lot of fishing line, bobbers and hooks in the pond.

Wouldn't it be better to have a pier without fishing at it? This would give everyone a
chance to walk down to it and enjoy the sites, instead of certain groups of people sitting
at it all day long until late at night.

Please put some deep consideration to this issue, everyone who lives by the trestle is
aware of what had happened from fishing being promoted at it. I believe that the City of
Roseville would not like this to happen at the new pier in Ladyslipper park. It should be
a clean place for everyone to feel safe and enjoy walking to.
Thank-you for your time.

Sincerely,

~.5!/Z::~-

Kris L. Kuck
