<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 02/28/05 <br />Minutes - Page 18 <br /> <br />design. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan noted that, as a matter of process and her <br />continuing concerns related to Capitol Watershed District <br />comments, she would be voting against the project. <br /> <br />[10.1 ] <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of the <br />Preliminary Plat, creating seven town home lots and a single <br />condominium lot; recognizing revised elevations reducing the <br />condo units from six to five units consisting of two twin units <br />and one single to allow sight corridors to the pond, loosen up the <br />density, and provide more flexibility in the architectural design. <br /> <br />Roll Call [10.1] <br />Ayes: Kough, Ihlan, Maschka, Schroeder and Klausing. <br />Nays: Ihlan. <br /> <br />[10.2] <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of the rezoning <br />from R-l Single Family Residence District to Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) with an underlying zoning of R-3, General <br />Residence District for the condominium lot and R-6, Townhouse <br />District for the town home lot; specifying that the rezoning will <br />only occur after the second step, the Final Development Plan <br />approval. <br />Roll Call [10.2] <br />Ayes: Kough, Ihlan, Maschka, Schroeder and Klausing. <br />Nays: Ihlan. <br /> <br />[10.3] <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of the General <br />Concept Development Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan, <br />subject to the conditions stipulated in Section 8 of the project <br />report dated February 28, 2005; and recognizing revised <br />elevations reducing the condo units from six to five units <br />consisting of two twin units and one single to allow sight <br />corridors to the pond, loosen up the density, and provide more <br />flexibility in the architectural design. <br />
