Page 24, 1st paragraph, Item 19 entitled, "The <br />City Manager's Failure to Follow Council <br />Requests and Bypassing of Council Direction," <br />(Kough) <br />Correct to read: <br />"Councilmember Kough amended this agenda item, <br />requested by him via e-mail, to read "Please also <br />include an agenda item regarding the City Manager's <br />failure to follow Council[men's] requests and <br />bypassing of Council direction." Councilmember <br />Kough read a written complaint, apparently from <br />him personally (no copy available), expressing his <br />anger at City Manager Beets for not responding to <br />
