Mr. Brokke thanked the community and donors for their participation and support for the City's Parks and Recreation programs and facilities. Mr. Brokke introduced Bill Cushman, representative of Midway Speedskating, who briefly commented and committed to the organization's continued support of and interest in the OVAL and its future operations. They would like the balance of $8,035 from their donation of $20,000 for the Chiller Prep and Inspection ($11,965) to go toward the engineering study for the OVAL.
