The City of Roseville contracted
with DPRA Environmental to conduct limited Phase 1 ESA's
(Environmental Site Assessments) and complete a comprehensive,
area-wide investigation of the conditions and characteristics of
groundwater in and around the Twin Lakes Redevelopment Area. The
project was two-fold: first, to monitor existing groundwater wells and
install new wells for monitoring and second, to identify, to the extent
possible, sources of contamination on study sites. The purpose of the
study was to facilitate redevelopment of the area by simplifying and
expediting the process for securing environmental clearances from the
Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) for sites within Twin
Lakes.

Preliminary Report - dated July 2002
Final Report - dated August 2004

Interactive Map- contains site
maps and findings for each site.

Interactive Map- provides
ground-level current site
photographs.
(Imagery captured June 2002)

Top of Page

Twin Lakes Communications

Several communication pieces about the City of Roseville's plans to
redevelop Twin Lakes may be accessed below.

.
