<br />Protection Agency pilot grant awarded to the City of Roseville. The <br />article focus is on the prospect of residential development within a <br />Brownfield area. <br /> <br />IB (425 kb) Twin Lakes Redevelopment general brochure- The general <br />brochure describes the history and rationale of the Twin Lakes <br />redevelopment project, lays out a timeline of key events, and notes the <br />benefits that will come from redevelopment. <br /> <br />IB (131 kb) The Challenges of Brownfield Redevelopment insert- A <br />companion piece to the Twin Lakes general brochure, this document <br />describes the challenges that come with polluted property and outlines <br />a number of contributions the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency <br />has made to redeveloping Twin Lakes. <br /> <br />IB (428 kb) Twin Lakes Business Park Update- In July 2001, the City <br />of Roseville distributed this update on redevelopment progress in Twin <br />Lakes. Its purpose is to provide interested parties with the City's future <br />land use scenarios, an estimated timeline of City actions, and <br />information on the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Voluntary <br />Investigation and Cleanup program. <br /> <br />Top of Page <br /> <br />EPA funding announcements for City of Roseville <br /> <br />The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has awarded three grants <br />to the City of Roseville to carry out its mission of assessing <br />contamination in the Twin Lakes area and remediating the land to <br />higher standards. <br /> <br />The first grant Roseville received was the Brownfields Assessment <br />Demonstration Pilot for $200,000.
