Enacted by Council Motion on January 10, 2005: <br />1. Roberts' Rules of Order. The Council adopts the most recent edition of <br />Roberts' Rules of Order for all Council meetings. <br />2. Agenda. Any Councilmember may add an item or items to a Council Agenda <br />until 12:00 Noon on the Wednesday preceding a Monday City Council <br />meeting. <br />B. Discussed at the Council Retreat, Saturday, Febniary 19, 2005:' <br />1. Public Comment. The Citv Council will receive Uublic coimrment at Council <br />meetings in accordance with the following guidelines: - <br />a.
