Councilmember to Councilmember Interaction. <br />a. Councilmembers placing items on the agenda shall endeavor to -provide in <br />the Council packet as much background information as possible about the <br />agenda item so the Council, Community, and staff can inform themselves <br />about the issue being_presented. <br />b.
