<br />WHEREAS, said existing impervious area on the premises exceed the maximum total <br />surface area allowed by Section I 004.01A6 by 270 square feet or 2% and the existing shed <br />encroached into the required setback (comer side yard) 23 feet 3 inches; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />variance request by The Viking Racing Pigeon Club, Inc. on July 10, 2002, and recommended (5- <br />1) approval of the request, based on findings outlined in Section 6 and conditions of Section 7 of <br />the project report dated July 10, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant the <br />Viking Racing Pigeon Club, Inc. a 270 square foot (2%) variance to Section 1004.01A6 and a 23 <br />foot 3 inch variance to Section 1004.02D4 of the Roseville City Code based on the findings in <br />Section 6 of the project report dated August 19,2002, and subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The shed being screened with a year round landscaping on the south and a portion of the <br />east of the property directly adjacent said shed. <br /> <br />2. The applicant submitting and receiving a permit for the driveway work completed <br />consistent with the approved variance. <br /> <br />3. The applicant submitting and receiving a permit for the garden shed, consistent with the <br />approved variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, Kough, <br />Klausing <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
