This provides for compensation at 2,25 times payroll cost, mileage and out of pocket expenses (copy is attached), We estimate the cost on the foregoing basis for services under Phase I of this proposal to be $8,000-.00, which.will include services of hydrologist, Go M. Sunde at cost, It los to be understood that if the work to be performed under Phase I is not complete upon reaching the cost estimated above, we will advise you as to the cost to complete that-phase of the work. .
