City of Rosevillff.. <br />October 4, 1978 <br />Page 4 <br />During the course of this study we are to attend any and all conferences deemed <br />desi"'rable and proper regarding this matter with officials of both cities and <br />with state, metropolitan and Rice Creek Watershed officials when authorized.. <br />It is to be specifically understood that the engineering services provided in <br />this proposal do not include the cost of laboratory analysis, the cost of <br />boundary surveys or underground exploration of sub-surface conditions. These <br />items will be furnished on request and at our actual cost therefor. <br />It is to be understood that in signing this proposal , we are authorized to <br />proceed only with the work outlined in Phase I hereof. No work in connection <br />with Phase Il would be undertaken until further authorization. <br />it is our intention to employ the services of Mr Gerald M. Sunde, ground water <br />hydrologist, in connection with this work.
