<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day of <br />February, 2005, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Ihlan, Maschka, Schroeder and Klausing and the <br />following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10284 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO ACQUIRE BY CONDEMNATION UNDER <br />THE POWERS OF EMINENT DOMAIN CERTAIN EASEMENTS FOR <br />PATHWAY CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES FOR CITY PROJECT NO. 05-03 <br />COUNTY ROAD B-2 PATHWAY, TEA 6203 (138)/ S.P.160-090-07 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Roseville has approved a project to acquire certain <br />property by reason of construction of a multi-use pathway, said improvement identified by City <br />records as City Project No. 05-03, State Project No. 160-090-07, and Minn. Project No. TEA <br />6203 (138); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by competent advisers that the following <br />described real property is necessary for the construction of the pathway; <br /> <br />1. Permanent Easement Description: Rosedale Center (1705 County Road B-2) <br />The north 5.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, ROSEDALE CENTER FOURTH ADDITION. <br /> <br />2. Permanent Easement Description: JCPenney's (1700 County Road B-2) <br />That part of ROSEDALE CENTER THIRD ADDITION, Lot 3, Block 1, described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The north 4.00 feet of the described property. <br /> <br />AND <br />The south 11.00 feet of the north 15.00 feet of the west 15.00 feet of the east 840.68 feet <br />along Co. Rd. B-2 of the described property. <br /> <br />AND <br />
