Four motions were considered. <br />Issues were raised at that time by the Council as to whether there was any concern regarding Mim1. <br />Stat. S 15.99, commonly referred to as the 60-day rule. <br /> <br />FACTS <br /> <br />On September 1, 2004, the Rottlund Company submitted two written applications to the City of <br />Roseville, Community Development Department, on application fonns provided by the department, for <br />approvals relating to the Twin Lakes development.
