<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 01/31/05 <br />Minutes - Page 11 <br /> <br />I Systems <br /> <br />I (12) <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Kough, Schroeder, Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />4.c <br /> <br />Approve a Contract between the City of Roseville and <br />the Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) in and <br />for the City of Roseville for Fiscal and Staff Services for <br />2005 (Consent Item 3.h) <br />City Manager Beets, upon request of Mayor Klausing, <br />provided an explanation for this request, noting that City <br />financial, accounting and administrative staff provided <br />assistance during the year to the HRA, and this request was <br />to recoup that staff expense from the HRA for those related <br />servIces. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan moved, to table this request, pending <br />a staff report and review of funds carried over from 2004 <br />from the HRA Levy. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing declared the motion failed due to lack of a <br />second. <br /> <br />Further discussion ensued, at which time, Ihlan moved, <br />Kough seconded, to table this request pending a report <br />from the HRA and/or staff on the issue of the amount of <br />money remaining in the budget from 2004. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing noted that there was no need for this <br />motion, as the item requested was an on the agenda later in <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />Kough moved, Maschka seconded, approval of a service <br />contract between the City of Roseville and the City of <br />Roseville's Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) <br />for providing financial and accounting services at five <br />percent (5%) of the current HRA budget or $2,940.00 for <br />fiscal year 2005. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Kough, Schroeder, Ihlan and Klausing. <br /> <br />Contracts <br />City of Roseville & <br />HRA <br />2005 Fiscal & <br />Staff Services <br />
