Newsletter to market HRA housing <br />programs and provide target mailings to neighborhoods that <br />may be experiencing signs of blight. <br /> <br />Explore the costs and benefits of partnering with the City and local <br />school districts on a "Oualitv of Life" and school focused <br />communitv studv. <br /> <br /> <br />Roseville Home Improvement Loan - Low or deferred interest <br />loan up to $10,000 or not more than 50 percent of home <br />improvement. The program is intended to be used where gaps exist <br />with other loan programs. The program can be used for demolition <br />if certain criteria are met. The loans are serviced by a Housing <br />Service Provider, contracted by the City of Roseville, to provide <br />more flexibility and ease to the resident. These loans will also be <br />used to help properties in transition from a senior resident to a <br />family. The City will work with housing developers to identify <br />seniors moving out of single family homes. <br /> <br />. Community Fix-Up Fund - Low interest loans up to <br />$35,000 for a maximum term of20 years funded by <br />Minnesota Housing Finance Agency. There is a household <br />income limit of$73,140 <br /> <br />. County Home Improvement Loan - No interest, <br />forgivable loan for necessary improvements to increase the <br /> <br />HRA Owner Occuvied Loan Prof!ram - low or deferred interest <br />loan up to $10,000 or not more than 50 % of home improvements. <br />The Program is intended for use where gaps exist within other loan <br />programs and can be used for demolition if ce11ain criteria are met. <br />The loans are serviced by the Housing Resource Center which is <br />contracted by the HRA to provide more flexibility and ease to <br />residents. <br /> <br />.
