<br />Annually review and revise Roseville's Livable Communities <br />Action Plan. <br /> <br />Minnesota Housing Finance programs, Federal Home Loan Bank <br />dollars and Local Development Corporation funds. <br /> <br />Submit annual approval of participation in the Livable <br />Communities Act which was created in 1995 and represents the <br />Legislative preference for a voluntary, incentive-based approach to <br />help communities grow, succeed and address the metropolitan <br />region's affordable and lifecycle housing. <br /> <br />Increase awareness of the HRA's mission and promote the City as a <br />community with an excellent, safe quality of life. <br /> <br />. Develop a separate HRA web vaf!e that can be linked from <br />the City home page to help promote and identify the HRA. <br />Pursue an intem from the Minneapolis School of Art and <br />Design to work on the web page design, fonnat and <br />linkages. <br /> <br />. Produce an HRA brochure that can be provided to the <br />general public and at community functions such as Home & <br />Garden Show, City Open House, Rosefest, Volunteer <br />Banquet and annual meetings with the City Council and City <br />commISSIOns. <br /> <br />. Provide Professional Development Opportunities for the <br />HRA's Board of Commissioners and staff, including <br />membership in the National Association of Housing & <br />Redevelopment Authorities (NAHRO), Minnesota Chapter, <br />Urban Land Institute and subscriptions to various housing <br />related publications. <br /> <br />. Collaborate with the City Council, Commissions, 35W <br />Corridor Coalition, First Ring Suburban Group and other <br /> <br />6 <br />
