189 <br />190 <br />191 <br />192 <br />193 <br />194 <br />195 <br />196 <br />197 <br />198 <br />199 <br />200 <br />201 <br />202 <br />203 <br />204 <br />205 <br />206 <br />207 <br />208 <br />209 <br />210 <br />211 <br />Motion 11- 10S -01 <br />Individual schedules were reviewed to determine a time for a future special meeting. <br />Member Von De Linde moved, and Member Miller seconded calling for a Special Meeting of the <br />GLWMO Board on Friday, November 4, 2011, from 4:00 — 6:00 p.m. at a site yet to be determined based <br />on availability of meeting space; and for the purpose of further discussing preliminary rankings and <br />scores for the three (3) governance and finance options under study by the Task Force; and to determine <br />GLWMO consensus on a recommendation to member cities. <br />Chair Eckman advised that she would be unavailable for that meeting, with Vice Chair Westerberg <br />indicating that he would be available on that date. <br />Mr. Petersen and Mr. Schwartz both advised that they would be unavailable for that meeting as well. <br />Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 Motion carried. <br />Adjournment <br />Motion 11- 1OS -02 <br />Member Miller moved, and Member Barrett seconded adjournment of the meeting at approximately 8:51 <br />p.m. <br />Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 Motion carried. <br />
