Vice Chair Westerberg <br />thanked Task Force members for their assistance and attendance. <br />Members Present: Vice Chair Chuck Westerberg; and Members Jonathan Miller; Mary Kaye Von <br />De Linde; with Member Steve Barrett arriving at approximately 4:10 p.m. <br />Members Excused: Chair Karen Eckman <br />As previously noted, Mr. Petersen had advised that he was unavailable for tonight's meeting. <br />Governance/Finance Task Force Members Present: Task Force Members Steven Solomon; John <br />Moriarty; and Jim DeBenedet <br />Task Force Members Absent: Joanna LaBresh <br />Others Present: Discussion Facilitator Dave Engh; Roseville staff representative Dwayne <br />Schwartz; and Lake Owasso resident Len Ferrington. <br />Previous Assignments <br />First Priority: Establish a Baseline Joann LaBresh, Steve Solomonson, and Chair Eckman <br />Potential combination with R -WMWD Jim DeBenedet and Steve Barrett <br />Potential combination with VLAWMO John Moriarty and Chuck Westerberg <br />Education and Outreach Mary Kaye Von De Linde <br />Review. Discussion and Tabulation of Task Force Member Criteria Worksheets (Miller) <br />After reiterating the purpose of tonight's meeting to achieve consensus and ultimate recommendation for <br />Mr. Miller to develop for presentation to member City Councils; and rationale on how individual Board <br />and Task Force members weighted and quantified their high - medium -low rankings for each of the three <br />(3) options; individual rationale was determined for standardizing and normalizing the options, based on <br />interpreting all available information as provided by subcommittee research analysis. <br />Supplemental information from the subcommittees was included in the meeting packet; as well as <br />additional verbal comment at the meeting from each of those subcommittees. <br />Considerable discussion ensued on how to quantify and normalize the various sizes of each of the three <br />(3) options; GLWMO Board determination on which criteria has value; with the largest split appearing to <br />be the category of "local control;" and the need to refine the category rankings further at this time to <br />
