204 Member Miller provided the revised rankings compiled from individual Board rankings and re- weighted <br />205 as follows: <br />206 <br />207 Cateeory Ranking <br />208 1 (lowest) = 44 <br />209 2 = 39 <br />210 3 = 34 <br />211 4 = 33 <br />212 5 = 25 <br />213 6 = 22 <br />214 7 =17 <br />215 8 =17 <br />216 9 =17 <br />217 10 = 11 <br />218 11 = 5 <br />219 <br />220 Task Force Member Solomonson noted the consensus on the first six (6) criteria. <br />221 <br />222 Board Member Miller suggested a motion for consensus, understanding that this would be a motion <br />223 recognizing the results as a basis for further discussion. <br />224 <br />225 Motion 11 -11S -1 <br />226 Member Miller moved, and Member Westerberg seconded approval of accepting the criteria as ranked <br />227 and weighted as a basis by which the GLWMO Board would proceed to score the three (3) alternatives; <br />228 and as a basis for informing a recommendation to member City Councils; noting that the basis for <br />229 informing meaning that the GLWMO Board was not bound by scoring these, for a first option or not, but <br />230 simply as a basis for informing the GLWMO Board recommendation. <br />231 <br />232 Ayes: 4 Nays: 0 Motion carried. <br />233 <br />234 At this point, Mr. Miller recommended proceeding to scoring. <br />235 <br />236 Task Force Member DeBenedet noted that, if the GLWMO Board recommended to member City <br />237 Councils an Improved GLWMO, it would need to tell them how it would improve and make certain <br />238 program guarantees. <br />239 <br />240 Recognizing the time commitment of Task Force Members and completion of their tasks, Vice Chair <br />241 Westerberg thanked the Task Force for their participation and excused them at this time; however, he <br />242 welcomed them to stay to observe GLWMO Board deliberations at their discretion. <br />243 <br />244 Task Force members stayed as additional information was received from Task Force Member Moriarty on <br />245 his previous presentation; and as the GLWMO Board determined how best to proceed with scoring the <br />246 high - medium -low rankings to keep things quantifiable. <br />247 <br />248 Motion 11 -11S -2 <br />249 <br />250 Member Barrett moved, and Member Von De Linde seconded approval of scoring based on "high," <br />251 "medium," or "low" or no score at all. <br />252 <br />253 Ayes: 3 Nays: 1 (Miller) Motion carried. <br />254 <br />k <br />
