<br />Findings <br /> <br />The following key findings have been derived from this research: <br /> <br />· 14% of Transit Center users are employed by a retailer at Rosedale. <br /> <br />· 380/0 of Transit Center users shopped at Rosedale as part of their trip. <br /> <br />· About one-third of those riding for work purposes (29%) or for personal business (34%) <br />shopped as part of their trip. <br /> <br />· Among those Transit Center users that shopped at Rosedaleas part of their trip, 660/0 <br />made a purchase at Rosedale. <br /> <br />· Among these purchasers, 35% spent $50 or more at Rosedale. <br /> <br />· If bus transportation were not available, nearly half (490/0) of the Transit Center users <br />could not have made their trip. <br /> <br />· Route 84 was the most frequently boarded route at the Transit Center (260/0). <br /> <br />· Routes 65 and 87 were also somewhat frequently boarded (170/0 and 12%, respectively). <br /> <br />
