If no one else expressed interest in serving as Chair, he would accept <br />the nomination. <br />Member Westerberg moved, and Member Von De Linde seconded, casting a unanimous ballot for <br />Member Jonathan Miller to serve as Chair of the GLWMO Board for 2012. <br />Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 Motion carried. <br />Motion 11 -1211-9 <br />Member Von De Linde nominated Member Barrett to serve as Vice Chair of the GLWMO Board for <br />2012. <br />Member Miller moved, and Member Von De Linde seconded casting a unanimous ballot for Member <br />Steve Barrett to serve as Vice Chair of the GLWMO Board for 2012. <br />Ayes:5 Nays: 0 Motion carried. <br />Motion 11- 1211-10 <br />Member Barrett nominated Member Von De Linde to serve as Secretary of the GLWMO Board for <br />2012. <br />Member Miller moved, and Member Barrett seconded casting a unanimous ballot for Member Mary <br />Kay Von De Linde to serve as Secretary of the GLWMO Board for 2012. <br />Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 Motion carried. <br />10 <br />
