<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of June, 2005, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Ihlan, Schroeder, Maschka, and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10316A <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE DECERTIFICATION OF <br />A PORTION OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 11 AND <br />A PORTION OF HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE SUBDISTRICT NO. 11A <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the <br />"City") established Tax Increment Financing District No. 11 and adopted a Tax Increment <br />Financing Plan relating thereto on March 20, 1990 pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections <br />469.174 to 469.1799, inclusive, as amended and supplemented from time to time. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council established Hazardous Substance Subdistrict No. llA and <br />adopted a Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto on September 26, 1994, pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sections and 469.174 to 469.1799, inclusive, as amended and supplemented <br />from time to time. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined that it is in the best interests of the City at this <br />time to decertify portions of Tax Increment Financing District No. 11 and Hazardous Substance <br />Subdistrict No. llA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined that the parcels to be decertified from Tax <br />Increment Financing District No. 11 are legally described as PINs <br />04-29-23-32-0001 04-29-23-34-0001 <br />04-29-23-32-0002 04-29-23-31-0015 <br />04-29-23-32-0003 04-29-23-33-0007 <br />04-29-23-33-0001 04-29-23-31-0019 <br />04-29-23-33-0002 04-29-23-31-0017 <br />04-29-23-33-0004 04-29-23-31-0018 <br />04-29-23-33-0009 04-29-23-31-0020 <br />04-29-23-32-0011 <br /> <br />04-29-23-33-0010 <br />04-29-23-33-0003 <br />04-29-23-32-0008 <br />04-29-23-32-0007 <br />04-29-23-32-0012 <br />04-29-23-34-0002 <br />04-29-23-32-0009 <br /> <br />and the parcels to be decertified from Hazardous Substance Subdistrict No. llA are legally <br />described as PINs 04-29-23-31-0019 and 04-29-23-31-0020. <br />
