<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City that the portions of <br />Tax Increment Financing District No. 11 and Hazardous Substance Subdistrict No. l1A, as <br />identified above, are hereby decertified. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon the approval and <br />adoption of this Resolution No. 1 0316A, the Council shall cause said Resolution to be filed with <br />Ramsey County Auditor. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City this 20th day of June, 2005. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Maschka, and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Schroeder, Maschka and Klausing. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: Kough and Ihlan. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, and was signed by the <br />Mayor and attested to by City Clerk. <br />
