No development nf the property can occur, however, until such time <br />as a special u�e.permit is issued for the site plan approval as prescribed <br />in the procedures under the B-1b District regulations. <br />7. The staff has me-t on numerous occassions with Mr_ Cave regarding the <br />development of this property and feei that it is an appropriate m�xture <br />of land uses given the site conditions as �hey exist. Mr. Cave has <br />agreed verbally to the dropping of �he R-2 Zone to tY�e nor-�h and the <br />re�ention o�' the wetlands area in that �art of the plat. We would antici�ate <br />the total retention of the svramp area as indicat�d by the dot�ed line on <br />t�e second attached developm�nt plan. <br />� <br />
