It is spec�fically understood that the foregoing fees for preparation of plans and specifications and observation of construction, as out- lined, �nc�ude the pre�aration of easement descrip-�ions necessary for the work, but do not include the negatiations -For easements, appearances in court or hearTngs in connection ther�wit�. The fore- going fees do not include the cast of soil bor�ngs or underground exploratian wvrk other than those which may be completed �y hand boring equipment. When representatives of this firm are requested by the City officials or authorized City represen�atives ta take part in neyotiations for easements or malce appearances at hear.ings with cour't appo�nted com- missioners and preparation theretor, the charge for th�s work wi�#1 be on a"p�r diem" basis as ou�lined in Sectian 4. The City agrees to make avaiiab�e to us all existing City records for which details might affect preparation of preliminary studies and reports an� preparation of worlcing plans and spec�fications for the propased �mprovements and for the stalcing out of canstruction, if we are authorized �o perforrr� same_ We shall consider tF�is proposal an agreement between us upon 7ts being accepted by the City of Roseville and the signatures of p�erly authori�ed of-Ficials affixed hereto.
