BASiC SERVICE5 AND FEE THEREFOR The basic percentage fee which appl�es for engineering work i� connection with the foregaing, w�ll be that basic fee within the. range indicat�d on the compensation char� (a copy of wh�ch is a�tached hereto) which is a part of "R G�IDE FOR ENGAGEMENT FOR ENGINE�RING SERVICES (1972)", Plinnesata Society of Profess�onal Engineers and Cansulting Engineers Cou�cil of M�nnesota. SUbject basic fee should be computed as a percentage of the cons�ruction cvs� excIusive of land, engineering, legal, financing and owner administration costs, but including all materials and constructian, labor and aquipment. The serviceswe propase to provide are enumerated in foregoing seciions 2, 3 and 4.
