Reg. MEQC 35, ordered an <br />environmenial assessment (EA) on the PIK Terminal property. <br />The Council designated the City of Roseville as the <br />Respons#ble Agency for preparation of the EA with coaperation <br />from the Rice Creek Watershed District, <br />The Council also recognized the concerns of the residents over <br />future industrial expansion near Langdan Lake, and further <br />urged the City to include an analysis of this impact on the <br />Lang�on Lake area. <br />The �nvironmental Assessr�ent must be completed in 45-days <br />and submitted for review by the EQC's Technica7 Committee <br />and th� Council itselt.
