<br />3.02 Upon execution and delivery of the Redevelopment Contract, all officers and <br />employees of the City are hereby authorized and directed to take or cause to be taken such <br />actions as may be necessary on behalf of the City to implement said Redevelopment Contract. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City this 20th day of June, 2005. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Maschka and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Schroeder, <br />Maschka and Klausing <br /> <br />and the following voted against: Kough & Ihlan <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.- <br /> <br />5 <br />
